He signed the strategic alliance agreement; His Excellency Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, along with the executive officials of the real estate development companies participating in the alliance, which are: Emaar Properties, Expo Dubai, Deyaar Development, Damac Properties, Azizi Developments, MAG Real Estate Development, and Sobha Properties. , Ellington Properties, and International House Real Estate Development. This agreement aims to cooperate in many areas, including: raising the competitive efficiency of Emirati cadres and enabling them to fill jobs in the real estate sector, through designing and implementing qualitative supportive projects in cooperation between the Land Department and real estate sector partners in the Emirate of Dubai. He made every effort to allocate a percentage of 10% to 15% of the development company’s sales to be marketed by Emirati real estate brokers. Contributing to empowering national cadres by providing job opportunities with the second party in accordance with applicable labor laws.
