For Piazza Affari (0.97%), positive closing, Milan better in Europe, driven by real estate, consumer and banking stocks. Frankfurt and Paris also performed well, with London the worst at parity.



Saras, which will sell 35% to the Swiss-Dutch giant Vitol, is under the scrutiny: the Moratti family's stock loses 3.8%, aligning itself with the offer price. The shares had risen by 8% on Friday. 

Another company story in the spotlight is Tod's which is proceeding towards an exit from the stock exchange with a different valuation: today it earns around 18%.



Opening without enthusiasm for the US markets, which however improved during the session: Nasdaq and Dow around 0.5% in a context of markets at their highest. 

As many as 28 S&P 500 companies hit all-time highs on Friday. The season of quarterly reports continues (between big Coca-Cola and Kraft-Heinz), while the data on US inflation will arrive tomorrow.
