AED 2.8 billion Dubai real estate transactions today
Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department (DLD) today amounted to more than AED 2.8 billion, as the department witnessed the registration of 446 sales worth AED 1.52 billion, including 145 sales of land worth AED 865.31 million and 301 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 655.05 million.
The most significant land sales were AED 87.5 million in Wadi Al Safa 5, followed by AED 55 million in Warsan IV and AED 43 million in Palm Jumeirah.
Wadi Al Safa 2 topped the list of regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 82 sales worth AED 41.41 million, followed by Palm Jebel Ali with 11 sales worth AED 277.28 million and Al Hebiah 7 with 20 sales worth AED 79.17 million.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth 15 million dirhams in the fifth Al Thanyah area was the most important sales, followed by a sale worth 6 million dirhams in Wadi Al Safa 15 and finally a sale worth 35 million dirhams in the Markad area.
Business Bay topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas with 55 sales worth AED 61.21 million, followed by Al Barsha South Fourth with 18 sales worth AED 29.21 million and Dubai Marina with 51 sales worth AED 66.1 million.
Mortgages recorded a value of AED 27.21 billion, including 178 land mortgages worth AED 09.115 million, 1 villas and apartments mortgages worth AED 09.774 billion, the most important of which were in the Palm Jumeirah area with a value of AED 64.140 million and another in the Garhoud area with a value of AED 14 million.
As for the donations, 37 donations worth AED 01.18 million were recorded, the most important of which were in the Palm Deira area with a value of AED 82.4 million and another in the fourth Al Thanyah area with a value of AED 79.<> million.
