STMicroelectronics gained 3.22% after the announcement of the launch of a joint venture with the Chinese Sanan Optoelectronics for the production of silicon carbide components for the automotive and energy industries in China.

Cautious day also on Wall Street, where the lists are mixed: +0.19% for the Dow Jones, -0.32% for the Nasdaq. While growing, according to the monitoring of CME Fedwatch, the percentage of market participants who expect a stop in the increase in interest rates in June by the American central bank, reaching 77%.
