Taaleem Holding shares hit all-time highs

Taaleem Holding topped the list of gains on the Dubai Financial Market during trading on Wednesday after recording a rise to its highest level ever.

In the last hour of trading today, Taaleem Holding jumped 7% to AED 3.78 with a trading volume of 31.9 million shares with liquidity of AED 114.87 million.

According to market data, Taaleem Holding's shares rose in the last 4 sessions last week by 27%. Taaleem Holding's annual gain increased to 42%.

The increases coincided with the announcement by the UAE National Bonds Company last Monday to increase its ownership in Taaleem Holding, which is listed on the Dubai Financial Market, to 22% after buying an additional stake of 5%.

The company stated that the increase in ownership comes as part of its strategy to invest in the education sector, as National Bonds believes that the sector offers opportunities with high returns.

National Bonds owned more than 17% in Taaleem at the time of listing last November.
