The branch of the Syrian Grain Corporation announced the opening of two centers for receiving wheat from farmers, starting from the first of June until the end of next August.

The branch manager, Eng. Essam Al-Sayasneh, explained in a statement to the SANA correspondent today that the receipt is carried out through the Izraa centers for Dokma and Al-Sanamayn for packed with bags, indicating that the branch has completed all arrangements for receiving the crop with a technical staff, and the formation of marketing committees to register purchase lists, and also provided laboratories in the two centers with the requirements to speed up marketing operations.

Al-Sayasneh pointed out that the branch has storage spaces within the Izraa silos unit of up to 70,<> tons and naked spaces in the Al-Sanamayn Grains Center.

On the other hand, the Executive Office of the Daraa Provincial Council set the wages for harvesting one dunum of wheat irrigated through a harvester of love with hay products at 60,50 liras, and love only without products at <>,<> liras.

A member of the Executive Office of the Provincial Council, responsible for the agricultural sector, Engineer Muhammad Hussein Al-Khatib, pointed out that the wages for harvesting one acre of wheat and barley have also been determined, through a grain harvesting mechanism with outputs of 40,30 liras and love only <>,<> liras.

According to al-Khatib, the Daraa executive also set the fees for transporting grain to marketing centers, which ranged from 10,15 to 8,<> liras per ton, depending on the distance, provided that the farmer who supplies wheat from outside the administrative area of the marketing center is given a fare of <>,<> liras per ton.

The area planted with irrigated wheat in the current season was 11238,10500 hectares, the planned area was 69872,82887 hectares, and the area of Baal wheat was <>,<> hectares out of <>,<> hectares.
