The price of a gram of 21-carat gold in the local market fell by 15,<> Syrian pounds from the price recorded last Thursday.

According to the bulletin issued by the Artisanal Association for Crafting and Jewelry and Gemstone Making in Damascus today, a gram of 21-carat gold recorded a selling price of 470,469 liras, and the purchase of 18,402857 liras, while a gram of 401857-carat recorded a selling price of <> liras, and the purchase of <> liras.

The association set the selling price of an ounce of 995 carat at 17 million and 522 thousand pounds, and the selling price of the 21-carat gold lira at 4 million and 15 thousand pounds.

The association stressed on craftsmen to abide by the prices issued by it under penalty of legal accountability, and distributed phone numbers for complaints 0112248005 and 0112230766.
