Non-Arab foreign investors continued to inject more liquidity into the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) than the most optimistic analysts expected for the performance of operating companies, as evidenced by its successive announcement of its results at the end of the first quarter of this year.

Dubai Financial Market data showed that the net investments of non-Arab foreigners increased by about 313.46% to approximately AED 613.33 million from the beginning of trading last Monday, the first of May, until the end of trading on Friday, the fifth of the same month, which reflects the great confidence of this segment of investors in the UAE markets.

The net investments of non-Arab foreigners amounted to AED 148.339 million during last week's trading from the beginning of trading on Monday, April 24, until the end of trading on Friday, April 28.

This level of net foreign investment in financial markets is the highest in more than several years, which enhances the chances of attracting more liquidity in the coming months.

GCC nationals joined the list of purchases in that period with a net purchase of AED 46.88 million after carrying out purchases worth approximately AED 161.865 million against sales of about AED 114.976 million.
