AED 10.4 billion Dubai real estate transactions in a week

Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department (DLD) last week amounted to more than AED 10.4 billion.

According to the weekly report of transactions issued by the Department yesterday, 2308 sales worth AED 6.36 billion were recorded, including 222 sales of land worth AED 1.8 billion, and 2086 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 4.56 billion, while mortgages recorded AED 3.96 billion, and donations witnessed the registration of 76 grants worth AED 138.07 million.

The most important land sales were AED 456 million in Business Bay, while Al Hebiah Fifth topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 93 sales worth AED 247 million.

The most important sales of apartments and villas were a sale worth 170 million dirhams in the "Wadi Al-Safa 3" area.

Al Barsha South topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 333 sales worth AED 272 million, followed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, with 206 sales worth AED 497 million, and third in Business Bay, with 135 sales worth AED 235 million.
