NASDAQ notified QIWI PLC that its securities will be delisted by Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on March 24 unless the company appeals to the Listing Hearings Commission.
It is specified that the securities will remain frozen and unavailable for trading until there is a decision on the appeal and they are removed from the NASDAQ.
Earlier, NASDAQ announced the decision to delist the securities of a number of companies operating in Russia, including Yandex class A shares.
The company announced its intention to appeal this decision.
