Etisalat & Etisalat has announced the success of the 5G network trial across multiple locations in the oil and gas industry, providing the highest standards of data security and digital solutions through a sophisticated mobile network capable of processing huge amounts of data with reliability and flexibility.

The experiment aimed to meet the requirements of the oil and gas sector by providing fifth generation services, as the experiment proved the ability of fifth generation networks to manage data traffic for companies, enable faster transmission of transmitted data and real-time follow-up, and security cameras over large geographical areas, effectively paving the way towards the digital transformation of industries operating within large scales.
