In the last six weeks, bottles of Tropicana fruit juice have completely disappeared from the shelves of Carrefour hypermarkets. Noticed by Olivier Dauvers according to data from A3 Distrib, the absence of the brand on the shelves would be due to tense negotiations between the two companies, reports Rayon Boissons.

The distribution of the brand's ambient fruit juice range would have fallen from 85% in January, to 0% in February. The same goes for juices in fresh rays. In question, complex negotiations between Tropicana and Carrefour as well as "big problems with the supplier", according to a source inside the group of large distribution. This quickly caused a shortage of products in stocks, then on the shelves.
